• 99.9% Network Uptime: Reseller City Ltd guarantees a 99.9% network uptime. This guarantee applies to our core network and server availability. It does not cover scheduled maintenance or outages caused by third-party upstream providers.

• Free Site Migration: We offer complimentary site migration. While our experts handle this with the utmost care, the client is responsible for maintaining a secondary backup of all data prior to the move.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Security: You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and for keeping your account password secure.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

• Auto-Renewal: To ensure business continuity (specifically for domain names with 2026 expiration dates), services are set to auto-renew.

• Refunds: Due to the nature of digital infrastructure and domain registration, refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Reseller City Ltd and may be subject to a restocking or processing fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable United States law, Reseller City Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising out of the use of our services.

7. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

As a US-based service provider, we comply with the DMCA. If you believe any content hosted on our network infringes your copyright, please send a formal notice to info@resellercity.net.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action arising out of these terms shall be filed only in the courts located in New York.
